The registration fee includes the Institute syllabus and the Welcome Reception on Friday. After December 15, 2006 all registrants must pay the on-site registration rate. Personal checks (made payable to the AACAP), American Express, MasterCard, and VISA are accepted. NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED ON-SITE.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:
Registration fees will be refunded in full if cancellation notice is received in writing in our office by December 15, 2006. A 50% refund will be sent to those who send a written cancellation notice after December 15, 2006. After January 25, 2007 no refunds will be allowed. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Refunds will be issued after the meeting.
