Cut-Off Date
Make your reservations early. Reservations will be accepted until December 15, 2006 or until the rooms sell out, whichever comes first. Reservations received after this date may be made at the group rate on a space available basis. All reservations require a first night room deposit payable by credit cards only, using American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and VISA. Room deposits shall be charged at the time reservations are made. Telephone requests must identify their affiliation with AACAP.

Cancellation
Should you wish to cancel a reservation, the advance deposit is refundable if notice is received at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Please obtain a cancellation number from the hotel.
