Mentorship Opportunities
The American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Committee on Training and Education, in conjunction with the Committee on Medical Students and Residents, is starting a mentoring program for medical students and general psychiatry or other residents interested in child and adolescent psychiatry. The goal is to provide interested students and residents with a local mentor to help them understand the field, answer their questions, and help them decide if a career in child and adolescent psychiatry is right for them. If you are interested in obtaining a mentor, or know someone who is, please email the Training and Education Coordinator at: training@aacap.org.
