Officers

CCROCAP representative to Cal-Acap
Stewart Teal, M.D.,is in a  private practice in the Davis and Sacramento areas. He is a Clinical Professor of Child Psychiatry at UCD. He serves on the Cal-ACAP Executive Committee and was a former President of Cal-ACAP. Dr Teal was also the chairman of the Cal. Psychiatry Association Childrens Committee for over ten years. He currently serves on the By-Laws Committee of the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.

Assembly Advocate
Harvey Tullin ,M.D., is the CCROCAP's  delegate to the Assembly of Regional Organizations of AACAP, and has held that position for 20 years or so. He has twice been President of CCROCAP. He is also an alternate delegate to Cal-ACAP from CCROCAP.

Dr Tullin was the Chair of the Child and Family Committee of CCPS for two years, and has served as Chair of the Child and Adolescent Committee of NCPS for four years. He is also a member in full standing of  AMPI ( Asociacion Mexicana de psychiatra infantil),a  member of the Bylaws Committee of AACAP, and also a nominee for membership on the Community Psychiatry Committee of AACAP.

Immediate Past President
Dr David Linder has a private practice in Folsom, California. He was the president of CCROCAP from 2006-2008 and currently actively participates as a  member of the Executive Committee

President
Dr Donna Poplawski is the current president and has been involved with CCROCAP for the past four years. She finished her Child Psychiatry fellowship from UC Davis and has been working at Kaiser Permanente , South Sacramento.

President –Elect
Keather Kehoe, M.D is the President-Elect . She is also the prior delegate to ROCAPs for AACAP. She is in a private practice in Sacramento. She also is a volunteer clinical faculty  for the UC Davis Department of Psychiatry.

Secretary-Treasurer
Fawzia Ashar,M.D is the Secretary-Treasurer of CCROCAP. She moved to Sacramento after finishing her fellowship from Robertwood Johnson Medical School-UMDNJ.She is the Medical Director of Kaiser Permanente’s Autism Specturm Disorders Center . 

Dr Ashar is a member of AACAP’s School Committee and Assistant Clinical Professor(VCF) at UC Davis, Department of Psychiatry.
