Rates
$209 per night for standard rooms (single/double occupancy). State and local taxes are currently 14.25%, plus a $2.00 occupancy tax and a $1.50 Convention Center fee.

Cut-Off Date
Make your reservations early. Reservations will be accepted until December 18, 2009, or until the rooms sell out, whichever comes first. Reservations received after 5:00 p.m. local time at the hotel on the cut-off date will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis. All reservations require a first night room deposit payable by credit cards only, using American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or VISA. Room deposits shall be charged at the time reservations are made. Telephone requests must identify their affiliation with AACAP.

Early Departure Fee
In the event that a guest who has reserved a room within the room block checks out prior to the guest’s reserved checkout date, an early departure fee of $50 will be charged to that guest’s individual account. Guests wishing to avoid this fee must advise the hotel at or before check-in of any change in the scheduled length of stay.

Cancellation
Should you wish to cancel a reservation, the advance deposit is refundable if notice is received at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Please obtain a cancellation number from the hotel.
